Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Salary: £49,000 – £60,000 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Deliver first-class customer service across in-branch, phone, and digital channels
- Handle customer transactions and enquiries efficiently and accurately
- Support customers with digital banking and product applications
- Educate customers on services and easier ways to bank
- Work collaboratively within branch teams to protect and support customers
- Adapt communication style to meet diverse customer needs
- Uphold Nationwide’s customer-first behaviours in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant customer-facing experience
- Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and online platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and integrity
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
- Commitment to Nationwide’s customer-first behaviours
- Must live within a 45-minute commute of the assigned branch
