Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Salary: £49,000 – £60,000 per year

Job Type: Permanent | Full-time

Work location: Remote

Your Role Will Include:

  • Deliver first-class customer service across in-branch, phone, and digital channels
  • Handle customer transactions and enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Support customers with digital banking and product applications
  • Educate customers on services and easier ways to bank
  • Work collaboratively within branch teams to protect and support customers
  • Adapt communication style to meet diverse customer needs
  • Uphold Nationwide’s customer-first behaviours in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and online platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and integrity
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
  • Commitment to Nationwide’s customer-first behaviours
  • Must live within a 45-minute commute of the assigned branch
