Role
We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic, and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients’ daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene, bathing, and dressing while maintaining their dignity.
- Companionship: Provide vital emotional support and companionship to prevent isolation and promote mental well-being.
- Daily Living Support: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding where necessary, alongside light domestic tasks.
- Health & Safety: Support with safe mobility and physical transfers.
- Medication: Prompt or assist with medication administration in strict accordance with individual care plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily logs of the care provided and promptly report any changes in a client’s health or well-being to the management team.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping others alongside a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Previous experience in a care setting is highly desirable, though comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and their families.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs.
- For Sponsored Candidates: Must meet all UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements, including verifiable English language proficiency.
