Salary: $50,000 – $74,999 USD per year

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and deliveries
• Provide timely updates on delivery status and resolve any shipping issues
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
