Your Role Will Include:

• Take full ownership of code from design to delivery and observability.
• Promote best practices and drive incremental improvements.
• Participate in release and support rotations.
• Reduce system complexity and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing tech team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure, distributed systems, and containerisation (Kubernetes).
• Skills in building mobile apps, scalable backend services, and cloud technologies (AWS) are a plus.
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies like Spring, Kafka, Kubernetes, etc.
