Your Role Will Include:

• Provide basic IT support such as troubleshooting, password resets, software guidance
• ‎Assess and handle initial service requests from users
• ‎Communicate clearly with users via email, phone, and chat
• ‎Support service desk operations and assist with day-to-day IT tasks
