Your Role Will Include:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing data-driven solutions that support healthcare research and business decisions. Your responsibilities include:
- ‎Designing and delivering data science solutions for client and internal projects
- ‎Developing internal tools, databases, and data applications
- ‎Applying machine learning, AI, and analytics techniques to healthcare data
- ‎Creating data visualisations and insights to support evidence-based decisions
- ‎Collaborating with statisticians, engineers, and research teams
- ‎Helping expand Costello Medical’s data science and analytics services
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM discipline (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
- ‎Experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar data science tools
- ‎Knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, and data visualisation
- ‎Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- ‎Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ‎Interest or experience in healthcare, research, or consultancy is a plus
