Your Role Will Include:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• ‎Lead and supervise care teams during shifts
• ‎Develop, maintain, and evaluate personalised care plans
• ‎Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines
• ‎Ensure high standards in infection control, nutrition, continence, and tissue viability
• ‎Promote dignity, respect, and resident independence
• ‎Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams
• ‎Maintain accurate clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• ‎Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
• ‎Genuine passion for elderly care
• ‎Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• ‎Satisfactory DBS & DBS Adult First checks
• ‎Applicants requiring UK visa sponsorship are welcome
