Position: Community Support Worker

Salary: Up to £27,066.08 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: Fair View Court, Peterborough, PE2 9PB (On-site)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Provide housing-related support within supported accommodation
  • ‎Enable customers to live independently while promoting wellbeing and dignity
  • ‎Maintain accurate records and document/report issues
  • ‎Support individuals with licenses, income maximisation, rent, utilities, and repairs
  • ‎Respect and promote individual choice, privacy, confidentiality, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some knowledge or understanding of homelessness and related challenges
  • ‎A supportive, caring, and empathetic nature
  • ‎Confidence in challenging negative beliefs and promoting positive behaviour
  • ‎Strong communication and listening skills
  • ‎Ability to provide practical advice and guidance
  • ‎Comfortable using IT systems for record-keeping
