Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: £23,796.97 – £30,000 per year

Job Type: Part-time

Your Role Will Include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and events
  • ‎Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share
  • ‎Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • ‎Prepare tailored proposals and persuasive presentations
  • ‎Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • ‎Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • ‎Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximise outreach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in business development or sales (preferred)
  • ‎Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • ‎Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • ‎Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • ‎Strategic and data-driven mindset
  • ‎Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • ‎Ability to work independently and within a team
