Position: Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) 

Salary: £14.75 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Provide phone and email support to drivers and passengers
• ‎Ensure smooth day-to-day service operations
• ‎Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• ‎Maintain high customer satisfaction at all times
• ‎Work scheduled shifts, including night shifts when required
• ‎Collaborate closely with the Operations team

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German (C2 or native)
• ‎Strong English skills (C1 or C2)
• ‎Confident and professional communicator
• ‎Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
• ‎Willingness to learn (no call-centre experience required)
• ‎Passion for mobility, sustainability, and technology
• ‎Comfortable using modern IT tools
