Position: Senior Support Worker

Salary: £13.55 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work location: Cambridgeshire, UK

Your Role Will Include:

• Lead and support a supported living service team
• ‎Assist the Service Manager with daily operations
• ‎Allocate shifts and manage rotas
• ‎Support staff inductions, training, and supervisions
• ‎Oversee medication ordering and administration
• ‎Help individuals manage finances and build independence
• ‎Provide hands-on, day-to-day support to service users

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• ‎Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• ‎Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities & Autism
• ‎UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
• ‎Strong leadership skills with a caring, values-driven mindset
• ‎Commitment to person-centred support
