Position: Senior Support Worker
Salary: £13.55 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Your Role Will Include:
- Lead and support a supported living service team
- ‎Assist the Service Manager with daily operations
- ‎Allocate shifts and manage rotas
- ‎Support staff inductions, training, and supervisions
- ‎Oversee medication ordering and administration
- ‎Help individuals manage finances and build independence
- ‎Provide hands-on, day-to-day support to service users
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- ‎Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- ‎Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities & Autism
- ‎UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
- ‎Strong leadership skills with a caring, values-driven mindset
- ‎Commitment to person-centred support
