Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering personal care according to individual care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting daily living tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, meal prep, and companionship
- Prompting medication in line with company policy
- Accurately completing care notes and reporting changes in service users’ conditions
- Using moving and handling equipment safely (hoists, wheelchairs, stair lifts, etc.)
- Following safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures
- Attending mandatory and ongoing training
- Working collaboratively with care coordinators, managers, and families
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months care experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- Good communication and written skills
- Flexible availability for rota shifts, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
