This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of digital and operational improvements.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business teams and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

Salary: £50,500 – £51,000 per year

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work location: Fully Remote (UK-based role – Reading, Berkshire registered location)

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
• Documenting business requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and conducting gap analysis
• Supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Maintaining requirements traceability throughout project lifecycle
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
• Assisting with impact assessments and change management
• Collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, QA teams, and operations
• Supporting implementation, training, and post-project evaluation

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience delivering change within digital, systems, or process environments
• Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar
• Knowledge of data tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI (desirable)
• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare, public sector) is a plus
