Enlightener Management is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex automation and intralogistics projects across the UK. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in both remote and onsite environments.
The successful candidate will drive project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, quality, and timelines while managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

‎Your Role Will Include:
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to project managers
• Managing project scope, changes, Statements of Work (SOW), and specifications
• Ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Developing and managing project plans, vendor relationships, communications, risks, and resources
• Monitoring project progress and resolving issues, dependencies, and conflicts
• Overseeing quality control and resolving quality-related issues
• Preparing and delivering status reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations
• Coaching, mentoring, and supervising project teams
• Conducting performance reviews and supporting team development
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously (remote and onsite)
• Stepping in to lead projects if needed

‎What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automation industry
• Strong background in B2B project management (4+ years preferred)
• Proven leadership in large-scale, complex technical projects
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong project scheduling and management skills
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
• High stress tolerance and proactive mindset
• Ability to travel up to 75% when required
• Visa to work in the UK (required)
• Languages: English & Mandarin (mandatory); additional European language desirable
