Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across various industries
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting
Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and company policies
Requirements
5–6 years proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
Experience recruiting across mid-to-senior level roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
