Position: Health Care Assistant 

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: 42 Tempo Road, Enniskillen BT74 6HR

Your Role Will Include:

As a Health Care Assistant, you will:

• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional, social, and companionship support
• Help with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment
• Assist with meals, feeding, and dietary monitoring
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing staff
• Support activities within the care home
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive care environment

What We’re Looking For:

• GCSEs in English and Maths
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a healthcare team
• Respect for confidentiality and resident privacy
• Physical capability to support mobility and care tasks
• Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential
