Salary: £34,237 – £54,780 per year

Your Role Will Include:

As a Bi-lingual Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate, professional, and empathetic support. You will:

  • Manage customer accounts and core service processes
  • Communicate with English- and Dutch-speaking customers
  • Resolve enquiries and investigate issues efficiently
  • Analyse and interpret data to support sound decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and compliant customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
