Your Role Will Include:
As a Bi-lingual Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate, professional, and empathetic support. You will:
- Manage customer accounts and core service processes
- Communicate with English- and Dutch-speaking customers
- Resolve enquiries and investigate issues efficiently
- Analyse and interpret data to support sound decision-making
- Maintain accurate and compliant customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
