Your Role Will Include:

As Head Chef, you will:

• Plan and develop menus alongside the management team
• Oversee all food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ensure dishes meet established quality and presentation standards
• Manage food inventory and control costs to reduce wastage
• Train, lead, and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen that meets health and safety standards
• Introduce new menu items and specials
• Stay current with industry trends and modern culinary techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in casual fine dining (Sous Chef or Head Chef level)
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proven menu planning and development experience
• Solid understanding of food costing and waste reduction
• High attention to detail and passion for quality
• Outgoing, social, and hands-on personality
• Legal right to work in the UK (no support for new visa applications)
