Position: Health Care Assistant
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Your Role Will Include:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide medication support
- Help clients maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
- Follow care plans meticulously and maintain accurate records
- Engage clients in social activities to support mental well-being
- Provide complex support (PEG, NIV, Oxygen therapies, suction, tracheostomy)
- Offer holistic palliative care in collaboration with multi-agency teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of one year experience in home care, nursing home, supported living, or residential care
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Valid driving licence and vehicle
- Caring attitude with genuine desire to help others
- Basic IT skills for records and team communication
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Pay: Starting from £12.30/hr
Expected hours: Full time: 37.5hrs per week, Part-time: 15 – 22 hrs per week

Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Home care/Care Home/Support Work: One year essential
Language:
English (preferred)
