Position: Immigration Paralegal

Salary: ‎£24,420 – £42,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: Manchester (In-person)

Your Role Will Include:

• Assist the Immigration Lawyer with daily legal casework
• ‎Manage immigration case files from instruction to decision
• ‎Draft visa applications, legal representations, and supporting documents
• ‎Conduct legal research and assist with case assessments
• ‎Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and third parties
• ‎Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
• ‎Support administrative and compliance-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Immigration Paralegal (UK immigration experience preferred)
• ‎Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi (spoken and written)
• ‎Strong understanding of UK immigration routes and procedures
• ‎Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• ‎High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
• ‎Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• ‎Experience in a regulated immigration or legal practice (desirable)
• ‎Familiarity with Home Office processes and evidential requirements (desirable)
