Support Worker (Driver)

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. You will help service users develop recovery-focused goals, maintain independence, and promote dignity and well-being.

This role is available as full-time or part-time with structured training and opportunities for career progression.

Your Role Will Include:

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users
• Supporting individuals through the recovery process
• Helping service users set recovery-focused goals
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect
• Working flexibly to meet individual needs
• Transporting service users or traveling between service locations as required
