FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Taffs Pharmacy Ltd is seeking a motivated and clinically focused Community Pharmacist to join their patient-centred pharmacy group across Scunthorpe and Brigg.
This is a permanent, full-time weekday-only position offering far more than traditional dispensing. The role combines clinical service delivery, dispensary oversight, service development, and team leadership — with clear progression into Independent Prescribing clinics and service leadership opportunities.
You’ll work across both sites (same PMR system and similar workflows), supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and a forward-thinking leadership structure.
About Us
Taffs Pharmacy Ltd is a progressive community pharmacy group focused on innovative NHS and private service delivery. The organisation has hosted trials and pilot programmes and maintains strong relationships with local GP surgeries, offering pharmacists opportunities to expand into services traditionally delivered within general practice.
Patient care and staff wellbeing are central to their culture, with a strong emphasis on professional growth and clinical development.
