Position: Care Worker / Support Worker

Salary: £13.25 – £14.25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Following individual care plans accurately
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the client’s home
• Engaging clients in social and recreational activities
• Using IT systems for documentation and communication

What We Are Looking For:

• Compassionate and dedicated individuals
• Previous experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Ability to follow care plans effectively
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Valid driving licence preferred for transportation duties
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
