Your Role Will Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
- Providing Tier 1 technical and customer support for PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) users
- Assisting users with login issues, account access, billing questions, and system navigation
- Logging, tracking, and updating tickets using IT service management tools
- Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex technical issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Following established federal support procedures and compliance standards
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Familiarity with IT service tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage but not required
