Position: Customer Service Representative 

Salary: Approximately $17 – $28 per hour 

Job Type: Full-Time

Your Role Will Include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
  • Providing Tier 1 technical and customer support for PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) users
  • Assisting users with login issues, account access, billing questions, and system navigation
  • Logging, tracking, and updating tickets using IT service management tools
  • Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex technical issues when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions
  • Following established federal support procedures and compliance standards

What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Familiarity with IT service tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage but not required
