FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

One Medical Group is seeking a Salaried GP for Minehead Medical Centre, Somerset. This role offers full-time (40 hours) or part-time options and is ideal for GPs looking to make a real impact on local communities while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

As part of a primary care at-scale group, you will provide patient-focused, evidence-based care, handling a mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments. You will also collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure patients with complex or long-term conditions receive the right care at the right time.

Salary: £92,000 – £110,000 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering patient care through telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments
• Providing planned and urgent primary care to a diverse patient population
• Understanding patient needs to provide high-quality care
• Supporting MDT teams to manage patients with long-term or complex conditions
• Delivering patient-focused, evidence-based practice to a high standard
• Participating in community and practice-led initiatives to improve patient outcomes

• Registered with the GMC and on the GP Specialty Register
• On the NHS Performers List with post-CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care
• Organised and proactive in clinical and operational responsibilities
