Gino Cerruti is seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Production Assistant to join their design and production team at Slough, supporting the development and delivery of collections for prom and special occasion wear.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced fashion environment, assisting with organization, design coordination, workflow management, and communication with international suppliers.

Note: Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with international production teams and suppliers.

Salary: £16,881.60 – £30,658.60 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting trend and market research to support new collections
• Organising and maintaining samples, materials, and showroom displays
• Assisting with technical specifications and creating tech packs for production
• Producing sketches and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
• Coordinating progression of samples and final products to meet deadlines
• Supporting inventory management and liaising with logistics partners
• Contributing to workflow efficiency and team collaboration
• Communicating effectively with international suppliers in Mandarin

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in fashion production, design support, or related roles preferred
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, or CAD/3D design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D, Style3D) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fashion degree or equivalent, with 1–2 years’ relevant experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production processes
• Fluency in Mandarin (essential for supplier communication)
