This role is based at Christian Head Residential Home, a residential care home providing support for up to 28 residents with complex healthcare needs, including elderly, frail, and dementia residents.

Position: Support Worker (Carer / Care Assistant)
Salary: £13.47 – £17.96 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time (20.5 – 30 hours per week)

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting elderly residents with daily living activities
- Providing personal care and emotional support
- Assisting with medication (where required)
- Promoting independence, mobility, and wellbeing
- Encouraging good nutrition and physical activity
- Supporting residents with dementia and complex care needs
- Maintaining a safe, caring, home-from-home environment
- Working collaboratively within the residential care team
- Following safeguarding procedures and regulated activity standards
‎What We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate, caring individuals with a genuine passion for helping others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts (including bank holidays)
- Commitment to safeguarding adults
- No prior qualifications required — training provided
- Eligibility to pass an Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List check
- Right to work in the UK
