Position: Automation Engineer
Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 USD per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Identifying repetitive operational issues and replacing them with durable automation solutions
- Designing scripts and workflows using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
- Using AI-assisted tools to triage incidents, generate automation scripts, and streamline workflows
- Reviewing, refining, and productionizing AI-generated solutions to ensure reliability and security
- Participating in incident response and on-call rotations
- Improving CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitHub Actions) to reduce deployment failures
- Supporting cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code environments (Terraform)
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, support, and operations teams
- Reducing manual workload across the company through smart automation design
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Automation roles
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong CI/CD knowledge
- Experience handling production systems and responding to incidents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Kubernetes, security automation, AI tooling experience
