Salary: £38,256 – £39,276 per year
Job Type: Fixed-term contract, Full-timeÂ

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the implementation and planning of the Digital Health & Care programme
- Coordinating across multiple stakeholders, pathways, and technology systems
- Providing programme support to the Head of Digital Health & Care and senior leaders
- Ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals and NHS 10-year plan ambitions
