Position: Digital Health & Care Programme Coordinator 

Salary: £38,256 – £39,276 per year

Job Type: Fixed-term contract, Full-time 

Work location: London

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the implementation and planning of the Digital Health & Care programme
  • Coordinating across multiple stakeholders, pathways, and technology systems
  • Providing programme support to the Head of Digital Health & Care and senior leaders
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals and NHS 10-year plan ambitions
