Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office management to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.
Duties
- Manage incoming leads data from various online and offline sources
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace software
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support to various staff as needed
- Provide assistance in searching and compiling data in real estate sector
- Browse various digital platforms and directories to prepare excel sheets for targeted customers
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous clerical experience or familiarity with administrative procedures will be advantageous
