FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with in Cotswolds. This person has complex clinical needs, Brain Injury and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.
What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
