Position: Care Assistant

Salary: £25,885.80 – £28,175.91 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work location: Cowdenbeath (Hybrid work)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Provide all aspects of personal care, including moving and handling tasks
  • Support service users’ health, wellbeing, and independence in their local communities
  • Deliver care across multiple shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays
  • Work as part of a team and independently as needed
  • Maintain professional relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid or in-progress SSSC registration
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and work collaboratively in a team
  • Physical ability to perform personal care and intervention tasks
  • Commitment to promoting social inclusion and person-centred care
