Your Role Will Include:

As a Client Success Associate, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as a key point of contact for client communication
• Support the successful delivery of client projects and services
• Communicate progress updates to both clients and internal teams
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting
• Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
• Support issue resolution and ensure client needs are addressed promptly
