Position: Software Engineer, Frontend 

Salary: £140,000 – £260,000 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Build and refine sleek, high-quality user interfaces from wireframes
• Implement exceptional, pixel-perfect CSS and animations
• Optimize front-end performance for smooth interactions
• Collaborate with design and engineering to bring ideas to life quickly
• Contribute to core architecture and front-end best practices
• Lead large-scale Next.js migrations and performance enhancements
• Implement advanced 3D and interactive UI elements (React Three Fiber, GSAP)

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS, SASS, or SCSS
• Proven ability to architect and scale complex Next.js applications
• Familiarity with caching, CDNs, SSR, SSG, ISR, and React Server Components
• Experience with internationalization/localization for global users
• Keen eye for design, detail, and user experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
