Your Role Will Include:
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents
- Oversee daily operations in care environments, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supervise and support care staff with leadership and guidance
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for residents’ medical needs
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Organise staff training on care standards and procedures
- Foster a respectful and dignified atmosphere for all residents
- Manage administrative tasks related to staffing, documentation, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing, or care home environments
- Strong knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care techniques
- Leadership and management experience in healthcare settings
- Proficiency in developing and managing personalised care plans
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory standards
- Compassionate and committed to improving residents’ quality of life
- RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ care home experience
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
