Salary: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour

Your Role Will Include:

  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents
  • Oversee daily operations in care environments, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Supervise and support care staff with leadership and guidance
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for residents’ medical needs
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly to changes
  • Organise staff training on care standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in assisted living, nursing, or care home environments
  • Strong knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care techniques
  • Leadership and management experience in healthcare settings
  • Proficiency in developing and managing personalised care plans
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
  • Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory standards
  • Compassionate and committed to improving residents’ quality of life
  • RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or higher
  • Minimum 2 years’ care home experience
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
