Your Role Will Include:
- Analyse business processes and ways of working to support front-line improvement projects
- Collaborate closely with hospital teams and key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of operational changes
- Produce data-driven reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including SOPs and process guides
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess system improvements
- Ensure compliance with PDSA policies while supporting operational priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience using business analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong skills in process documentation and business case development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to turn data and insights into practical, outcome-focused solutions
- Experience working with front-line or operational teams (healthcare, social care, or veterinary environments desirable)
- A Business Analysis qualification is beneficial but not essential
