Position: Business Analyst (UK Remote)

Salary: £41,537 – £44,029 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Analyse business processes and ways of working to support front-line improvement projects
• Collaborate closely with hospital teams and key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of operational changes
• Produce data-driven reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including SOPs and process guides
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess system improvements
• Ensure compliance with PDSA policies while supporting operational priorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience using business analysis tools and methodologies
• Strong skills in process documentation and business case development
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to turn data and insights into practical, outcome-focused solutions
• Experience working with front-line or operational teams (healthcare, social care, or veterinary environments desirable)
• A Business Analysis qualification is beneficial but not essential
