Position: Customer Service Representative (Fitness)
Salary: $15 per hour

Your Role Will Include:
As a Customer Service Representative – Fitness, you will:
- Handle inbound calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans.
- Provide clear and professional information about ASH Fitness programs.
- Record customer interactions accurately and follow company policies.
- Resolve issues or escalate when needed, ensuring excellent member support.
- Attend team meetings and work collaboratively to improve service.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, call center experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
