Position: Outpatient Clinic Receptionist

Salary: £24,465 per year

Job Type: Full-time 

Work location: Mansfield, NG18 5QJ (UK)

Your Role Will Include:

• Welcome and assist patients attending outpatient clinics
• ‎Direct patients to the correct clinic areas
• ‎Manage outgoing patient appointments after consultations
• ‎Ensure accurate and timely handling of clinic outcomes
• ‎Provide flexible reception cover across outpatient departments
• ‎Maintain excellent front-desk and administrative support

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and front-desk experience
• ‎Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
• ‎High attention to detail
• ‎Flexible availability between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, including weekends (rota-based)
• ‎A caring, professional attitude with patients always first
