Position: Software Trainer
Salary: £30,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role Will Include:
- Deliver live, online training to school administrators, office staff, and school leaders
- Design engaging e-learning modules and training resources
- Clearly explain systems, workflows, and school administrative processes
- Help schools improve confidence, accuracy, and efficiency using Juniper platforms
- Tailor training to different roles, experience levels, and school environments
- Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or strong understanding of website platforms, MIS systems, or school administration
- Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable on camera
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to simplify technical processes into practical guidance
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable working fully remotely
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused
- Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated mindset
