Your Role Will Include:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • ‎Lead onboarding, rollout, and implementation programmes
  • ‎Train customers on product best practices and maximise adoption
  • ‎Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams post-sale
  • ‎Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • ‎Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities
  • ‎Minimise churn and maximise renewals through engagement
  • ‎Analyse customer data to improve experience and outcomes
  • ‎Deliver product demonstrations and training
  • ‎Travel domestically and internationally to meet clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical discipline
  • ‎Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • ‎Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ‎Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building ability
  • ‎Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • ‎Confidence presenting to diverse audiences
  • ‎Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
