‎UTea Deptford LTD is an innovative and fast-growing bubble tea brand specialising in premium beverages made from fresh tea and fresh fruits. As a newly established franchise (incorporated in May 2025), UTea Deptford is focused on building a strong community presence while expanding its digital footprint. With unique offerings such as the signature avocado series, fresh-fruit teas, and seasonal launches, the brand aims to redefine the bubble tea experience in Southeast London.

Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

Salary: £41,700 – £43,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role Will Include:

• Manage and grow UTea’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• ‎Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) highlighting products and in-store experiences
• ‎Optimise and manage delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
• ‎Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• ‎Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs, referrals, and reviews
• ‎Build partnerships with local schools, universities, and community groups
• ‎Support brand development, reporting, and in-store promotional activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing experience (food, beverage, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• ‎Strong social media management and content creation skills
• ‎Excellent English communication and copywriting ability
• ‎Analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar
• ‎Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
• ‎Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• ‎Understanding of Southeast London’s local market (advantage)
