Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year

Job Type: Temporary

Work location: Tankerton, Kent (Remote possible)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Process customer orders and quotations efficiently
  • ‎Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • ‎Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
  • ‎Prepare quotations using company systems and guidelines
  • ‎Collaborate with Commercial Team, Product Group Managers, and Procurement
  • ‎Monitor orders from quotation to shipment
  • ‎Address customer complaints and proactively communicate updates
  • ‎Acquire technical product knowledge to support customer inquiries
  • ‎Identify and act on sales opportunities, supporting Business Development Managers
  • ‎Cover office operations including emails, phones, and faxes
  • ‎Participate in team projects and contribute ideas for service improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment
  • ‎Strong order processing accuracy
  • ‎Commercial business knowledge
  • ‎Intermediate IT skills
