Position: SEO Manager (B2B)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year 

Job Type: Full-time 

Work location: London, Remote

Your Role Will Include:

  • Lead and execute SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients
  • ‎Manage technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building
  • ‎Analyse organic performance against KPIs and drive continuous optimisation
  • ‎Align SEO efforts with wider performance marketing and revenue goals
  • ‎Produce monthly performance reports using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • ‎Act as the main SEO contact for clients, managing communication and expectations
  • ‎Collaborate with paid media, creative, and content teams
  • ‎Identify growth opportunities through audits, testing, and competitor analysis
  • ‎Ensure best practices in site architecture, indexing, and tracking

What We’re Looking For:

  • UK-based candidate
  • ‎3+ years’ experience in B2B (ideally SaaS) or 4+ years in SEO agency roles
  • ‎Proven experience managing and growing SEO campaigns
  • ‎Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • ‎Solid knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
  • ‎Hands-on experience with GA4 and SEO platforms
  • ‎Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • ‎Bonus: exposure to AI-driven SEO, experimentation, automation, and paid media collaboration
