Position: Business Development Specialist

Salary: £100,000 – £200,000 per year

Job Type: Fixed-term contract

Work location: Remote (global, location-independent)

Your Role Will Include:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients
• ‎Source, qualify, and manage leads
• ‎Conduct professional scripted interviews
• ‎Support and guide team members
• ‎Participate in online training and company-wide development calls
• ‎Gain firsthand experience with company courses and events

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a full-time paid business role
• ‎Strong interest in personal growth and self-development
• ‎Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ‎Self-driven, confident, organised, and goal-oriented mindset
• ‎Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• ‎Coachable attitude with a solution-focused approach
