Position: Skilled Labourer 

Salary: £400 – £500 a week

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Work location: Maidenhead, UK

Your Role Will Include:

‎As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations by:

• ‎Performing general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• ‎Safely operating hand and power tools
• ‎Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of structures and fixtures
• ‎Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
• ‎Working closely with team members to meet project deadlines
• ‎Reporting issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• ‎A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• ‎Physical stamina and attention to detail
• ‎Ability to follow instructions accurately
• ‎Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance work (preferred, not essential)
• ‎Ability to work independently and within a team
• ‎Problem-solving skills
• ‎Ability to read technical drawings (advantage)
• ‎A valid driving licence may be required for some roles
