Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:
As a Senior Growth Analyst, you’ll act as a “start-up within a scale-up,” leading experimentation and analytics that fuel our referral and acquisition engine. You’ll design robust experiments, uncover growth opportunities, and partner closely with Product and Marketing to turn insights into scalable impact. You’ll also mentor others and help build a strong, evidence-driven data culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced SQL expertise and strong experience with experimentation and statistics
- Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, referrals, and growth mechanics
- Exposure to marketing channels and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical curiosity — you ask why, not just what
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decisions
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar)
- Bonus: Python/R, cloud data platforms, or scale-up experience
