Your Role Will Include:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
- ‎Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- ‎Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals
- ‎Administer medication and maintain accurate care records where required
- ‎Mentor and support junior care staff
- ‎Develop and review individual care plans with healthcare professionals and families
- ‎Conduct regular assessments to maintain excellent care standards
- ‎Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
- ‎NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- ‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ‎Ability to work independently and within a team
- ‎A genuine passion for delivering personalised, compassionate care
