Salary: £13.61 an hour

Job Type: Full-time 

Work location: Liss Hampshire, UK

Your Role Will Include:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

  • ‎Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  • ‎Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and meals
  • ‎Administer medication and maintain accurate care records where required
  • ‎Mentor and support junior care staff
  • ‎Develop and review individual care plans with healthcare professionals and families
  • ‎Conduct regular assessments to maintain excellent care standards
  • ‎Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
  • ‎NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • ‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ‎Ability to work independently and within a team
  • ‎A genuine passion for delivering personalised, compassionate care
