Your Role Will Include:
- Support Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care
- ‎Work under appropriate supervision as part of the nursing and multidisciplinary team
- ‎Carry out delegated clinical duties in line with patient care plans
- ‎Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, pulse, respiration, and glucose levels
- ‎Assist with specimen collection and basic clinical procedures
- ‎Participate in holistic patient assessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- ‎Promote infection prevention, patient safety, and health education
- ‎Encourage patient independence, self-care, and rehabilitation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical support role
- ‎Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision when required
- ‎Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and Trust policies
- ‎Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- ‎Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- ‎Commitment to maintaining high standards of care at all times
