Position: Senior Support Worker 

Salary: £12.70 an hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Your Role Will Include:

‎As a Support Worker, you will:

• ‎Support individuals to live full and active lives in line with their wishes, choices, and care plans
• ‎Promote safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times
• ‎Provide emotional support using a person-centred approach
• ‎Assist with daily living activities, including social engagement, finances, medication, personal care, and household tasks
• ‎Act as an informal point of contact for families and professionals
• ‎Accurately record and report care-related information
• ‎Maintain professional boundaries and comply with organisational policies and health & safety regulations
• ‎Actively demonstrate Eden Futures’ values and behaviours in your work
