Your Role Will Include:

• Define and own Convergent’s end-to-end design vision across product UX/UI and brand expression
• ‎Lead the full design process from concept to execution
• ‎Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns
• ‎Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven experiences
• ‎Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design with product goals
• ‎Partner with marketing to create brand assets, campaigns, and storytelling materials
• ‎Establish design principles, workflows, and culture, mentoring future designers
• ‎Champion design excellence and a user-first mindset across the company
• ‎Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and AI-driven experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• ‎2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or brand design
• ‎Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
• ‎A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution
• ‎Deep knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and UX principles
• ‎Proficiency with tools like Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools
• ‎Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• ‎Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• ‎Comfort working independently in ambiguous, evolving environments

Benefits

Compensation:

Compensation varies based on profile and experience, but a general cash range (fixed comp + performance variable) is $100,000-$250,000, plus a very competitive equity package.
